You have an exact source citation (including exact page number) and you need a photocopy of it. Make sure you send us all the details. We'll be glad to pull and copy that document for you for $35.95 ($30.00 labor plus $5.95 shipping and handling). If the record IS NOT exactly where your citation says that it is:
- This order will STILL be billed $35.95 to cover the costs of labor.
- We can expand the search to other pages to find the source. Just checkmark the box at the bottom of this form and we'll expand the search and bill at our standard rate of $30 per hour.
