Troubleshooting Orders

An error message appears when try to place an order online.

If you can't access our order page or get a 'page not found' error, you may be using a web browser that doesn't allow secure connections. For your protection, we will not process credit card payments online that are not placed on a secure server. However, you can always place orders via phone 801-596-3230 or fax 801-596-3380.

Error message: credit card is not accepted.

We process only Visa and MasterCard payments.  For your protection, we have instigated the use of fraud protection for online purchases.  This process always verifies that your name and address information is correct. Therefore, it is not possible for us to accept credit cards from banks that won't allow this type of verification over the Internet.  You can always place orders via phone 801-596-3230 or fax 801-596-3380.
